About Mercy Health - Oakley Primary Care
Mercy Health - Oakley Primary Care receives mixed reviews. Some patients praise the staff and doctors, highlighting friendly front desk service, attentive care, and detailed explanations from Dr. Anthony Carnell. Patients appreciate the genuine concern and helpful advice from providers like Dr. Carnell and Nurse Practitioner Lindsey Johnson, which has contributed positively to their health and recovery. However, there are concerns about the phone service, with reports of unhelpful and unfriendly staff who sometimes do not answer calls or follow up as promised. Despite these issues, the medical care and professionalism of the doctors and nurses are highly valued by many patients.
Whoever is answering the phones is not very friendly or helpful, and thats if you can even get them to answer. I called to ask them if i was up to date on tetnus shots since i poked a rusty nail. She didn't even ask my name and said no you have never had one. i ask for price, and she says I'll call you back and never did. Meanwhile, i get into my chart and see i clearly had the shot a year ago.
Dr. Hillary Carnell and the members of the staff at Oakley Primary Care are excellent! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and wonderful conversation from the front desk staff. Dr. Carnell is a fantastic doctor that gave me the chance to be heard and was interested in helping me with my personal health issues. She gave me great advice and I would highly recommend this practice.
My family is seeing Dr Abbasi at this clinic from last one year, all our visits were handled very professionally. Staff here are super nice and did accommodate us one time even when we were few minutes late.Dr. Abbasi is very thorough with her analysis, keen in looking and asking for all the symptoms and history of patient before making any suggestion or medication. She is very approachable and did call us to explain the lab results. She listens to you and that itself will make you feel better.
