I have no idea what is going on that this office, but no one is even answering phones, returning mychart messages, providing information to insurance Companies... will need to start looking for a new provider if the ships course is not corrected.

If I could give less than 1 I would. I scheduled my annual visit in December. I was actually due in January 2023, but was several months late. I showed up for my annual visit and when the nurse walked in the room I was told that I couldn’t have my annual visit yet because I wasn’t due until January of 2024. They told me that I couldn’t have a physical and after taking my vitals notified me I would have to return next month. I called my wife and told her what happened, and she informed me that this was not right. My last physical was in January 2022, which meant I was due in January 2023. The lady who checked me in was very sweet and kind. Now Dr. Will who was in the back was where my visit took a turn. He was nice at first, but then when i asked him a general question (a question he should have been able to give a answer to) he looks at his watch then looks up at me and says "i don't know" what?!? It felt like to me and my husband that we were just a inconvenience, when in fact, we shouldn't have felt that way. So just from that experience with him, i won't be back there for any emergency care. Oh and to mention, i was told to come there because my DR office was full and they advised me to get seen at the ER.
