This place is pricey, but the kindness and courtesy of the staff was incredible. These people care. They helped expedite a cancer journey with absolute positivity and clarity. A tech sat down on the floor to make a large dog feel more comfortable, taking his temperature and listening to his heart. They were wonderful with a cat, and he is doing much better now. The care and compassion are well worth it. The staff was wonderful, the doctor came and spoke with us. The ancillary staff was so kind, empathetic, patient and allowed us to spend as long as we needed with a beautiful boy. Your facility will definitely be a choice when the regular vet is not available.
Our cherished family dog collapsed and was very ill. We brought him here for emergency care and he was ultimately admitted and transferred to the ICU here. I can’t say enough positive things about the care we received here and the communication from the staff and medical team. In particular, Dr. Satchell is one the kindest most compassionate veterinarians I have ever talked to and took exceptional care of our beloved dog. We will continue to bring our dog here for care and feel fortunate about having this vet clinic and hospital in our neighborhood.
I have never had such an amazing, professional, and friendly visit to any vet. The two staff that we encountered and the care that my puppy received was so above and beyond. I could not speak any higher.
Yes this place is pricey. I will not lie. Still the kindness and courtesy of the staff was incredible. These people care. I saw a tech literally sit down on the floor to make the quite large dog feel more comfortable. She took the temperature and listened to his heart. She was more than caring she was thoughtful to the dog and you will be hard pressed to see that in a veterinary office. They were wonderful with my cat, Yeti and he is doing much better now. Moral of this review is you get what you pay for and here it might be expensive but the care and compassion are well worth it. Thank you MedVet!!
