The absolute best doctor and staff! Everyone is very caring and so willing to help. I had Dr. McKenna help with a dermatologist related issue and he took very good care of me. The office staff faxed everything I needed to my doctor very promptly, Diane called and talked to me to make sure I had everything. In a time where it is so hard to even get a person on the phone at most doctor offices due to AI, you can count on so many people available to talk to and help you including Dr. McKenna!! I trust them all that they have my best interest at heart. Thank you Dr. McKenna and crew!!!
Absolutely wonderful Doctor, nurses and staff! They take their time with you. They answer every question (and believe me, I had a lot), and are very caring. You leave feeling like family! Dr. McKenna does absolutely gorgeous work. I had a tummy tuck and lipo. Dr. McKenna has the skills and experience to make you feel safe, trustworthy and perform beautiful procedures. I will always choose Dr. McKenna and his team!
I have been going to Laura Johnson for over 5 years for Micro Peels and am constantly getting compliments on my skin. No one can believe I'm in my mid 60's with such smooth skin.
But a few months ago she noticed a suspicious spot on my upper lip and suggested I get it checked out by a dermatologist. I didn't. The next time I saw her, she 'gently insisted' I go to a dermatologist. I went and it turned out to be cancer and I had to have Mohs surgery. If I would have waited I am sure they would have had to dig deeper (they went back twice) and I would have been a bigger problem.
So, a big shout out to Laura for taking such good care of your clients!!
