Once I got through to the locksmiths [their message service system hung up on me twice, I tried a different locksmith who was too busy and I couldn't stand their on hold music so I tried back a third time] I was told they could come fix a tenant's lock which had come apart and she was locked out, they came in only 30 minutes, checked my ID to make sure I wasn't breaking in, gave me an estimate, and fixed my problem in under 15 minutes. That wasn't cheap, but me and my tenant and her dog weren't stuck out on a cold January day. I was so impressed I had them install a 2nd lock I had struggled with doing myself. Fast friendly courteous service and longer hours than most of the other locksmiths I looked at. I'll use them again gladly.
