the gentleman was super friendly and replaced the heels on my boots for only $15 and did a fantastic job, along with giving them a great cleaning and shine. just remember, he only accepts cash.

Took my boots in last Friday as the sole became detached in the front, the gentleman was friendly and told me they would be done today (following Friday). I picked them up and they were repaired beyond my expectations! Polished up and looking new! VERY reasonably priced for the work he did! I am extremely satisfied.

I just got off the phone with someone who was quite rude. I told him I have a pair of heels with crystals on the front that are snagging on a long dress I’m planning on wearing. I wanted to know if they had something clear to coat the crystals with so they don’t catch or snag the dress. The man responded “no” multiple times and said there is “nothing I can do” then he hung up on me. He sounded very grumpy and was unprofessional. I called other shoe repair shops in Cincinnati and they offered suggestions and were much more helpful than this man.
