They do an okay job usually. But be warned, they charge extra if you already have polish on that they have to remove. Who does that? I’ve never been charged to have my polish removed. Everywhere else it’s part of the manicure or pedicure. I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other salons that do just as good a job, if not better.
I go here all the time! I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews. They've always been so accommodating and do a great job. My gel manicures from them last 2-3 weeks until I get sick of the color and take it off.
Waited 30 minutes after appointment without apology or update and had to ask again for service. Nails were done well, but atmosphere was lacking with TVs turned off and little conversation.
