The roof and gutter replacement was excellent from start to finish. This was an insurance claim job and Dennis Roady and Kaiser took care of everything with our insurance adjuster. He took responsibility to be sure the insurance company was fair in the claim settlement. I cannot say the same for my insurance company and the two adjusters assigned to our claim. They lowballed every step of the way. Without the knowledge and experience of Dennis Roady, I doubt we would have received half the amount the insurance company eventually paid.

Dennis and Team were a pleasure to work with from day 1. We weren't looking for a new roof but after he gave us a free inspection we decided to go with it. He worked diligently through many insurance challenges and lots of red tape. Dennis was professional and courteous the entire time. Definitely will go back to Kaiser when needs arise.
