I had a very relaxing experience at Define. The treatment rooms are clean, warm, and comfortable. I was able to make an appointment online, which is great because I decided to book a facial really late one night for the next morning. They have some specials they offer as well but they are not pushy about them.

Recommended! I bought a promotion through Groupon for a Brazilian wax; the establishment is clean, calming and the staff are friendly and professional. As this was my first time getting waxed (ever), I was fairly nervous but their esthetician was super kind and put me at ease. Very positive experience.

I got a facial from Define. and it was fantastic. I am very picky about my massages and facials because I am there to relax and expect my massage therapists/ estheticians to be professionals (aka know what they are doing, keep the client relaxed, ensure satisfaction). My esthetician talked me through my facial, making sure everything felt comfortable, telling me what she was putting on me but also didn't chat me ear off as I was there to relax. My skin really felt so soft afterwards. My only thing was the prices on the website didn't match up at the register.. only a $10 difference, so no big deal, just would have rather known the right price.
