Built a new home with JHH a couple of years ago and had a great experience despite going through the process during Covid with supply chain issues. Our project manager was really good and the company was very responsive to an issues or questions we had during the building process. When we moved in there were a few minor issues identified during the final walk through which were addressed quickly. At our 1 year walk through we had almost nothing on the list to fix except a couple really minor things. Two years later, we love our home, we have no issues and we have recommended them to other prospective customers.
