My young daughter and her cousin needed trims, well then they "needed" color too. We stopped in originally to ask what all this would entail. We spoke with Chyenne and she gave us all the information we needed. If I could give Chyenne 100 stars I would. She was so professional, it's nerve wrecking allowing your kid to get teal highlights. Chyenne came up with the idea to do peekaboo highlights around their faces. I get color on my hair all the time but I'm an adult i was nervous about this on young girls. Sarah Davis always comes through! Best stylist I’ve been too!*editing* she is now located at Elysian studios in eastgate for those who wants a great stylist. She’s the only reason I would go to jc penny salon.
My daughter had her her dyed for the first time.She LOVES it!The stylist was great with my daughter over the time it took to get everything done while I checked in every now and then .I believe her name was Andrea.The Salon is a cute cozy little place tucked into the corner of the mall and it was a daddy daughter memory that will last a lifetime.
