I’m a first time home buyer, so I had no idea what a home inspection was like. Doug inspected everything thoroughly and made sure to explain any concerns or issues that he found. He had no problem with answering any questions that I asked. The inspection report was greatly detailed and extremely helpful. Doug was awesome to work with! Scheduling was super easy and the inspection was done with professionalism. I would definitely recommend him and if I ever need another inspection done I will be using him.
Mr. Kachele was very easy and flexible with scheduling the appointment to inspect the home i had under contract. During his inspection he found major safety hazards and i ended up backing out of the deal. He saved me a lot of heart ache and a lot of money through this first home. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. I am under contract on another house and have already scheduled Mr. Kachele to come out and do my inspection. Highly recommend if you need an inspection done during your home buying process. Five stars but really well above that.
