I visit her KY location often. Always a cheerful environment. She's very in depth but doesn't talk to you like you're a complete dumbass which I love!! They make sure you walk out with glasses that fit the way YOU want them too. Not to mention the receptionist is a complete sweetheart!

My family of 5 has seen Dr Howell for years and you will not find a more caring and thorough eye doctor around. She never rushes and has helped us all with our various eye issues (glasses, contacts, dry eyes, any infections). She is the best—-plus love the new location!

Dr. Howell is very attentive to a patients’ questions and problems. She is accessible for emergencies and bends over backwards to provide excellent customer service. She looks at the big picture of your eye health, not necessarily what your initial symptom or complaint is, and comes up with a comprehensive treatment plan. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Howell. She is a caring health care professional and really understands what the title Dr. means.
