Hillebrand took great care of my dad during his time there. But two young ladies need to be recognized, Stephanie (RN), and Taylor, on the 2nd floor were amazing! Their care, compassion, and personalities made my dads time there easier, and more enjoyable for him. And, for us as a family.
Thank you ladies for everything, and thank you to Hillebrand for the wonderful care he received during his short time there.
My mom was sent from hospital for rehab. This is the first time we have ever needed help with our mom. We were so scared. We have been so impressed! The food is very good. The nurse aides are wonderful! They are very on top of her call light, and therapy is top notch! EVERY person that we have dealt with has been SO supportive. I don't have a single bad thing to say. What a GOD SEND!
They cared for my mother it is a nursing home so.it must be taken at face value they do the best with what they have.Its a tough situation for the elderly as it is.My mom was a nurse so she would have told me if something was a miss.Staff was pleasant.
