I have been a patient of Dr. Heffernan for at least 7 years. I have always experienced prompt professionial service & friendly staff. When I had a toothache over a weekend, I called in Sunday morning to their voicemail thinking I would get a call back on Monday sometime. To my surprise, someone called on Sunday to schedule me in first thing Monday. I was shocked. WOW!! This is what caring for their patients means to him & his staff.

We don’t “hate” going to the dentist anymore thanks to this team! Everyone is very friendly and fast. The office is extra clean. After visiting for years, only one time did we have to wait a few minutes, but normally our appointment starts early. Not many other practices can say that about their business.

I trust the people who work here. I went to a big new fancy dentists office and was told I needed about a thousand dollars worth of work (planing and scaling) not covered by my insurance... my husband was told the same thing. We were shocked because we both have generally good oral hygiene and have been seeing dentists regularly our whole lives. Then We came to Dr Heffernan for a second opinion. Here I was told I need a mouth guard for teeth grinding (about $100) and a regular cleaning (covered by instance).
