The folks there are very professional. It took them a couple times to get my glasses just right. But they did it. Since then I have moved on to a different job with different insurance and Harper's doesn't except that insurance for some reason. But I wish they did. Because the eye dr I went to don't have the same quality that Harper's have. I wish they took Guardian insurance so I can come back.
After the initial scheduling my overall experience went pretty well. The ophthalmologist is very welcoming, professional & knowledgeable The guy who does the eyeglasses fitting as well as the other associates are all pretty nice. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the office Clark who sits at the window. She's very rude!! I've been going here for about 3 years now & she's been rude to me every visit especially over the phone! Once you get pass her it's cool sailing! Good luck!
Everyone greets my son Kevin as if he has been going there for years, courteous and friendly. Kevin is a beautiful soul with a charming personality, so people connects to him. Harper Point Eye Associates has been courteous, friendly and professional.
