Great Contractor. Has very competent people and top subcontractors.When we started having water leaks staining our drywall and window frames on the first floor of our home, I talked to a few contractors. Dennis Ryan was honest and helped us to understand that our water leak was due to the 2nd floor windows being pulled below the sill as the 2x4 wood on the exterior wall shrinks with age.Whereas all the other contractors were eager to sell me new windows...
