Used to go to great clips when I was younger but the cuts were hit or miss.I've been coming here the past few months and I've got to say, some of the best cuts in my life. Hands down great staff.Arrive earlier than expected, there tends to be longer wait times. Worth the wait imo. Never longer than 20 mins.

First, let me get the negative out of the way.. Whatever they're storing in the computer about you is not about whatever haircut you get. I go in and tell them I liked what they did last time and I look totally different time. They ask me questions like do I like a 4 on the side, and I don't know what that means. I just want the same haircut from last time, and that never really happens. It's kind of random. The people are usually nice enough, not too chatty though. But I guess this is all what you get going to a 'discount' hair cutting place. ($30-$40 depending how generously you tip.)

My visit today started off great then went to nightmare real quick then back to thankful. Princess, who ended up starting my hair journey today, dropped the ball HARD. I went in for a shaggy pixie cut and ended with her giving me a short bob, even with having the picture pulled up A LOT for reference and constantly telling her it looked like a bob and nothing like a pixie. I paid and walked out as fast as I could. I had intended on going to find someone to fix what I had left into what I was wanting. Luckily for me, one of her coworkers had stepped out and asked me if I was okay. I replied with no and walked back to show her what I was trying for. She took me to her chair...read full review
