Aaron was great! I can’t speak to the other stylists but he provided a fantastic haircut for my partner and put a lot of effort into it. My partner said “that’s the best great clips haircut I’ve ever had” and I’d have to agree :)
Last week I visited this location and had an experience that did not meet my expectations for several reasons. After debating about it for a couple of days, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. Within hours, they reached out and connected me with the site's general manager who asked if I would consider coming back in to make things right.
A few days later I went back and met with Brianna, one of the stylists. As I told her about my previous experience, she listened patiently, was empathetic about the situation, and offered to help.
