We visited yesterday because I tried to cut my son’s hair and made a terrible mistake that needed to be fixed!
All of the women working there that day were incredibly kind, positive, and really turned things around for us. They were able to fix my son’s hair, and they really pumped him up and made him feel good about his new haircut!
While waiting for my son to be done, I witnessed another worker cutting a child’s hair who was really having a hard time with the experience. Sydney cut my hair for the first time because Mark will be out for a while. She did a great job!! I don’t think it is easy to cut someone’s hair for the first time, especially when I was so used to Mark. I’d recommend Sydney to anyone.
