I'm very picky about where I go to get a haircut so when I find a hairstylist that I like and who does a good job, as well as always does what I ask and meets my expectations I stick with that person.I think Cathy at the Great Clips on Harrison Ave in the Dent area of Cincinnati is great. The staff there is always very welcoming, smiling, and attentive to the customers needs. The store is always clean. The staff is always on schedule with check-ins so if I check in online and it tells me they'll be ready for me in 15 minutes, when I get there 10 minutes later, I'm in a chair within the next few minutes.
