Everyone is always friendly and professional. Things are explained in a way I can understand without feeling talked down to. The staff and vets are all very patient and listen well. I brought my rabbit in last week for our first visit here. I was initially very nervous, and actually almost canceled because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with vets, and was nervous my rabbit wouldn’t be taken care of. When I got there, I was greeted by two very sweet girls at the front desk, and they helped me fill out the new client paperwork. They were both very nice and funny. Then, the vet tech came out and took us to a room. She was also super nice, she even said that they don’t take rabbits out of their carriers until it’s time to examine them, so that they don’t get stressed out anymore than they have to! We absolutely love Dr. Cron and everyone at Glenway Animal Hospital. They've been our vet since we got our dog 16 years ago and have always worked so well with him. I contribute his long life to their excellent care.
