Randy and Adam first came to our house to repair a water main in Feb of 2024. They came out the same day to assess the situation and were able to come out and excavate and repair the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would be there and the water line was replaced with a new line from the meter to the basement and the service was restored before noon.
Fast forward to this week and I called Randy to consult on our basement bathroom. He was nearby and said I'll just pop over now. He and Adam provided all their expert knowledge for my project and how the process would go.

I had an annoying plumbing issue in the master bath. Adam arrived on time and fixed my problem in less than half an hour. Very professional, active listener gave me the senior discount. He also replaced my kitchen faucet and cleaned the cabinet under my sink. Very professional. Call them if you need a plumber! SFS
