Had an unfortunate situation with our basement drain backing up on the week of the 4th. Couldn't get anyone to come look at it, including the company we have a priority agreement with. They said they could come in a WEEK. After a call to Feichtner, Connor was here within an hour and fixed the issue quickly. He also cleared our sink drain that had been acting up. They will be our first call from now on.

I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to see me especially because of how cold it's been. I know I wasn't the only person with a burst pipe. Colin went above and beyond explaining everything. I really thought he was a wizard at his craft. What I was most impressed by was his character. He wasn't there to upsell me on things I didn't need. Instead he saved me money by reworking my older toilet. These kind of great character people with high level troubleshooting skills and knowledge are just so hard to find in trades. I'm already scheduling for more work to be done. Thanks guys!
