These guys are great and stand behind there products. I have a AR-10 build with a Faxon BCG and Barrel. I ran into some cycling issues, contacted them, asked a few basic questions, determined the BCG was the issue, sent me out a new one right away with no BS. Outstanding customer service. Cannot recommend enough. There's a lot of companies in this industry that won't give you the time of day when you have an issue. Refreshing to see Faxon do the right thing. Thanks again Faxon Team!

Faxon customer support went above and beyond. I ordered a match grade 8.6 and was having issues with my can's alignment, found out the taper adapter for the tapered end was slightly off and asked if they had any way to pick up a new one; Dustin reached out, verified my muzzle device, offered to send another couple on the house - once I gave him my information he reached out again and decided to send a whole new barrel and adapter to as a courtesy. I can't express my gratitude for their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right.

I had a great experience with Faxon. I built a couple 300 blk pistols/rifles with their parts and they came out great. Well made, and durable. The CS response time can be slow but if you call them they will get you handled.
