My Family used Radel on Neeb Rd for my Dad, Tom Reynolds’s visitation and funeral. My Family is very happy with your service. Matt was so helpful and comforting to us. We would use them again.
I attended a friend's father's memorial service here a little less than a year ago and was struck by the beauty of the space. The rooms are open and filled with light and one of the rooms has a soaring glass ceiling and a fountain. When my husband died suddenly I knew where I wanted to hold his celebration of life and after meeting with the owners and their staff I was even more sure of my choice. Chip, his wife Mickey, and Sam are three of the most empathetic, understanding and just truly good people that I have ever met. They worked with me to plan the celebration and embraced my unconventional ideas and put it all together for me. My family and friends commented how beautiful the funeral home was and how comforting Chip, Mickey and Sam were to all of us. They supported me through my grief and I will always remember that.
This is a small, family owned business. We dealt with all three employees following my mother's death. Everyone was considerate and respectful. They took care of everything we needed, and were a great comfort. They made sure everything was taken care of, allowing us to focus on us. The building is gorgeous. Not your typical design, it felt more like stepping into a beautiful conservatory than a funeral home. Lots of light and soaring ceilings, it was one of the best designed buildings I've seen. It felt like a celebration of my mom's life, and brought a sense of peace during a tough time. Highly recommended for personal service and respect.
