He was at my house within minutes to unlock a tricky lock when my sister inadvertently locked me out. He did me a favor by disabling the defunct lock so she can never lock me out again.
It was pretty dam cold out that morning when he came out to get my key out of my locked Jeep. With a little help from me guiding him to the lock on the drivers side. It took a few minutes while we did it. And the door opened right up. Excellent job
Locked myself out of the house (twice I’m ashamed to say). Greg from Fairfax Lock & Key was at the house within 15 minutes both times and got me in within a minute. So pleased to have someone that can be counted on so quickly and reliably. Will call again for the next time I lock myself out!
