Staff is very friendly It was easy to get an appointment The optometrist did a very thorough eye exam checking for glaucoma and had extra pictures of the eyes The selection of frames are very nice I would certainly recommend this place
I've been coming here for several years and feel the service I get is exceptional. Appointments are not difficult to schedule and they even have Saturday office hours. Dr. Garrity listens to you and is happy to answer your questions. No high pressure sales. He lays out your options and is sensitive to cost. I moved to Mason, OH recently and had visited a doctor close by, but wasn't happy with the service. Making the drive downtown to see Dr. Garrity is worth it to me for the service provided. If you decide to give them a try, I think you'll be very happy with the result.
Sounds like some people have had some issues with the billing lady.... yeah that can suck. Insurance already scary, complicated, stupid enough, so it sucks to have to deal with someone who adds to that pain. The only thing I can say is to try to view it from her perspective, I'm sure it's not easy on her end either. I've always had great experiences here.
