Paid for and had pictures taken in early November. Called to see where my pictures are and was told they shipped them UPS to me on Dec.5th....I never received them. I was then told they would reprint and would get a call when they came in( I want to pick them up in person) and I'm still waiting! I only went here because they do senior pics for the yearbook. Highly disappointed and wondering who got the set of pictures that we never recieved.

They do senior pictures with very little creativity. The quality is pretty much the same as what they take for standard yearly school pictures. They actually have better backdrops for elementary spring pictures than for senior pics. The price is insane. For what they charge you'd expect professional creativity. Nothing fun or cool. Customer service is eh... Not the friendliest. I ended up taking my son's pics myself. Went downtown to the river and parks. Beautiful pics!

I saw everyone had given 1 star. I was actually quite pleased with the work. They were very friendly toward me. I do think that the prices were a little high. Unfortunately when its who the school chooses to go through, we are kind of stuck
