After several months of reprieve from back pain due to degeneration and disease of my lumbar sacral spine I needed to return to Dr Elbert for pain in my groin and left buttock/ low back pain. The pain was so excruciating that I could not walk any distance pain free. Dr Elwert started with deep tissue massage, manipulation, realignment and treatment with the tens unit which over several weeks had worked in the past. As an track athlete training for the Olympics, Dr. Elwert has been so amazing helping me recover from a hamstring injury. He is also great on teaching me better techniques with taking care of my body.
