Eagle Eye did a home inspection for a new house we recently purchased. Will did a fantastic job with the inspection. He was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings and answered all of my questions. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eagle Home Inspections! They will be my first call on the next home purchase.
Shawn’s service that he provides is top notch. very fair pricing, efficient yet very thorough. It is clear Shawn has a great knowledge of building construction which gave us piece of mind! I would not hesitate to use their services in the future or recommend them to friends/family.
I have bought (and sold) several homes, and Shawn and his team at Eagle Eye are the best inspectors in town. First off, they are able to handle full inspections (including pools and spas) without bringing in a separate company. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable - his history in construction is very helpful as you go through all the details of a home inspection. And probably most important he is great to work with - punctual and extremely responsive. Not only did he do the full inspection with us, we also hired him for another final walk through review to ensure everything we expected to be done was handled.
I'd recommend the Eagle Eye team for any and all home inspection… read full review
