I have bought (and sold) several homes, and Shawn and his team at Eagle Eye are the best inspectors in town. First off, they are able to handle full inspections (including pools and spas) without bringing in a separate company. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable - his history in construction is very helpful as you go through all the details of a home inspection. And probably most important he is great to work with - punctual and extremely responsive. Not only did he do the full inspection with us, we also hired him for another final walk through review to ensure everything we expected to be done was handled.
