Dr. Pollard is possibly the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I’ve had 4 total across the years. She uses a drop table technique which provides incredibly gentle adjustments. I have chronic issues with my cervical spine and was in a great deal of pain when I sought her help (nearing the 3rd trimester of pregnancy). She adjusted me through my pregnancy and has since helped manage my symptoms. I consider her treatment to be life-changing; when you deal with chronic spinal pain and other issues, relief and pain management feel like miracles.

've been to a chiropractor before, and to be honest, I didn't feel it made any difference l decided years later to look up some places because I was having extreme pain in different places. I saw her on Google so I decided to take a chance and try it again when I met her she was this tiny little lady very sweet and cute. let me just tell you she knows her business she aligned my whole body told me everything she was doing. I explained to her how I was feeling and she got right to it. I never felt so great and you can really tell when you do not go I hope you choose Paulette. She's very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted Dr. Pollard when I was 23 weeks pregnant and my lower back pain was so severe that I could barely walk. She gave me an appointment immediately and the next day I went to see her. She assessed the situation and that very same day I noticed some improvements. I have been going for 2 weeks now and my pain went from 10 (I could hardly move/walk/change sides at night) to a 0/1 (depending on the movement there might be some very light discomfort but I can have a normal life again).
