I was told by a friend to check out Doug at Dr Micro Computers when my PC stopped working. As someone that genuinely dislikes the public and most people. I have to say. Doug impressed me. I have nothing but good words to say about him and how he does business. I took my PC in on Monday and was informed that he would take a look at it and get back with me shortly. Less then a hour later he text me with the diagnosis. He informed me of the part it needed and that he'd have to order it. Me thinking it would take a week before I'd get my PC back. Boy I was wrong. Lenovo Thinkpad laptop wouldn't boot up. Power light would just blink three times. Doug had it up and running in under 24 hours. While there, I had him upgrade the memory capacity and give the unit an overall tune up. Knowledgeable, prompt and fair prices. Highly recommend.
