I've never purchased anything yet, but believe me I will go to Dr. Micro for sure. My brother, before passing away last year, owned his own company. His computer was absolutely essential to run his business each day. He used Dr. Micro for all his computer needs and had no hesitation purchasing refurbished computers. He said having one or two people was such an advantage.
