Dillard's Salon & Spa at Kenwood Towne Centre

Brandon in the shoe department was a huge help when I was trying on shoes. No pressure whatsoever. The lady in plus size was so kind. I think they need a better selection, but the lady working there made my experience awesome. Great job hiring. Now, have more selection in the woman's section.

Very well organized and clean inside. Three floors completely stocked with merchandise brought a smile to my face. The only issue I encountered while shopping was the map being outdated. The men's denim department was a large section on the third floor according to the map, but when I ventured up there, all I could see were dresses. That was my only issue shopping with Dillard's. Otherwise, it's a beautiful store with great service and cleanliness.

Ordered purse online, took 2 days for available pickup. Fully stocked inventory in nearly every department I walked through. Designer and high price tags. Helpful associates. *Word of advice: Remember your parking entrance. There are a lot of accessible doors to the department store. Easy to end up on the other side.
