I am so proud to write this review for my Loctician. I have been coming to Desirae since 2021. We started in her home studio and graduated to the shop on Glenway. I have so many great things to say about her talents and services. Let me start with she manages her books well. Gone are the days where you’re booked with 3-5 different people at the same time and in the shop for half a day or more getting your hair done. You’ll show up at your scheduled time and be seen at that time as well. Try not to be late like me please! I’ve been getting my locs twisted by Dess for 2 years +.. She was the first and only loctitian I have ever been too and will be the only one. She has helped me learn more about how to take better care of my hair; leading it to grow decently fast and longer in a short period of time. She makes me feel at home every time I’m at her shop and her Grippos wings are bussin!! You want a great experience for a great price, go to Designerae!
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience at Designerae for crochet maintenance near Cincinnati. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care with her items. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend for top-notch service!
