We've used Deck and Fence Renewal Systems for many years to reseal our deck and do minor repairs and have always been happy. Recently we engaged them for a major project to completely rebuild our 2 level deck and I couldn't be happier. We have lived in this house for 37 years. Ten years ago we had the same deck stained and some board replaced. Over time there was a sagging on the length if the 12' by 24' deck. We had some company try to remove the sagging and redo the stairs which were not properly done. We contacted DRS (Deck Renewal Systems) for help. We found that the company was not only professional, but were very skilled in what they had to repair. The 37 year old sag was repaired, the stairs professionally done with a new landing, a new gate, top rail, sanded and stained. The same 40 year old deck looks wonderful, probably better than when we purchased the home. A big thanks to those four workers and Greg and Jen whom made our deck beautiful again. A special thanks to Sherry and her assistant for her keen eye in sanding and staining. What a great job. We could not be more pleased.
Was very impressed with everyone we worked with on this deck replacement with composite decking. Very efficient, on time, worked well with out idea for deck. Would highly recommend to anyone. Workers were on time, friendly, and maintained our property, cleaned area when finished each day. Very pleased with our new deck.Want to follow up on what responsible company, its been over year and half and they came out without question re some loose facia on deck and fixed immediately, gentlemen they sent out was so helpful and fixed problem.
