Our automatic pool cover was running slower than usual. Alex came to our house, performed a thorough assessment, and provided an honest opinion which saved us buying a new pool cover for now. Alex was professional, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend Cover Care for your needs.
I purchased my automatic cover when my pool was built in 2012. I initially hesitated getting an automatic cover because of the cost. I am replacing the cover for the first time 13 years later, but that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because of the exceptional service from Alex at Cover Care. Alex came out one other time for a service call. Both times I found him to be very knowledgeable and eager to help. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping his customers. Thank you Alex and Cover Care.
Cover Care was great to work with. During our whole project they worked with us on timing, materials, planning and execution. They were super flexible and really responsive. Anthony and his techs were great to work with!
