The two technicians were prompt, professional and performed the work as described. They took time to make sure the cover was adjusted properly. Also let us know if any adjustments are needed down the road to let them know and they will come back out. We are extremely happy with getting the new cover installed!
Perfect! Showed up on time, fixed my problem, and even answered some of my questions I have with my pool cover. Highly recommended and cheaper than having the "other guys" drive out from Indianapolis like I did earlier this year.
I worked with Alex on getting a cover on our pool for over two years. It was a complex project that required thought, patience and good communication. I could not have asked for anyone better to help me with our journey than Alex Snider with Cover Care. He came out in the very beginning and explained everything about pool covers to me with patience and professionalism. We debated on placing a top track system given the radius corners on the pool, but then we worked over the next year and a half to renovate the pool to accommodate an understack system.
