Technicians were very professional and friendly. Showed me how do maintain my cover to keep it in the best working condition. Showed me my mechanicals were in good condition. Would recommend the 2 associates to anyone who would ask. Great pair on guys!
The guys were great today!! Our installation was rocky less than two years ago. We had issues then but the guys today listened to my experience and visually saw what my concerns are. They impressed me today. I feel better about using the Cover Care service after meeting our crew today. I wouldn't of said that in the past.
Cody and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and were very professional. Immediately got to work and found the issue, which they then addressed right away and then made the necessary adjustments over & over until the cover opened & closed perfectly. They even took the time to clean the pit of leaves & debris to ensure water did not accumulate and that the the cover opened & closed smoothly each time. When the job was completed, they cleaned everything up and the rinsed off the decking to make everything look nice and that there was no small pieces of debris that could get in the pool. Great job and highly recommended!! Thank you!!
