Cooper Electric was a pleasure to work with through out the process from getting a quote to completing the work. Everyone I spoke with at Cooper Electric was courteous and responsive. John T., the electrician who installed our charger, was very professional and did a great job with the installation and post-installation cleanup, despite the difficulties associated with installing the charger in a 170 year-old house.

He was extremely knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained everything about our problem. He was very polite and our problem was fixed before he left.

First class operation. Timely, efficient, knowledgeable. John T. was excellent. Diagnosed and explained the issues and quickly made the needed repairs. Will be asking for him when we call again to install a new chandelier. Hands down, 5 Star Service. Highly recommended if you need electrical work done.
