Although some find the customer service can be improved, many are pleased with the results and plan to return for future visits. Overall, it is a place where clients leave satisfied with their nails and a positive experience.
Hannah did a great job! She took her time and made my nails perfect for my nail size, which I’ve had problems with before because they are so small. Will definitely be coming back!
The experience of the technicians was amazing. They were all really skilled. On another note the facility was very unclean and kept, they could charge more of the facility was kept better. Overall I was very happy with my nails... They looked great! I was visiting in the area and this was a last minute option.
Love this place!! The staff is so friendly and nice. Everyone is always smiling and laughing. Very relaxed atmosphere. The work of the technicians has always exceeded my expectations. There are social distance practices in place. Everyone wears a mask, temperature taken upon arrival, hand sanitizer and soap are available, there are 6 ft markers on the floor and there are barriers at each station. I have been to many other nail salons and I consider this one by far the best for all around price, service and client experience.
