I've had misses 2 of 2 times at this place. They made it right both times at no charge, but I want to be able to rely on a cleaner to do the job right the first time.
One of the times, I brought in a dress with spots on it they didn't get out. When I came to pick ot up, the person claimed the spots were there due to a beaded part of the dress disintegrating during the cleaning - yes, maybe before I brought it in for cleaning that happened, but I know for a fact, those exact spots were there before you cleaned it and you just didn't get them out. Please be honest with the customers.
My first time here and had 5 items to dry clean. All I can say is phenomenal. I took it in a day before and asked if possible to have it ready by the next day and it came out perfect. On time and very affordable. Would definitely recommend for those who need to get things dry cleaned on a regular basis.
Had @35 items cleaned. Here are the fact the first 30 items went well them my jacket was returned oily and dirtier than when I dropped it off and one of the shirts that was supposed to of been cleaned smelled heavily of smoke and I’m a non smoker!!
