After researching, I contacted Cincinnati Maintenance from out-of-state concerning cleaning a family member’s carpet as a gift. Jamie was extremely helpful in answering my several questions and calls. My family member was very pleased with the work Jesse and his co-worker did, as well as their communication with them concerning arrival times, etc. The carpet is light colored and the last time I saw it, I didn’t think it looked like it needed cleaning, but my family member kept saying how much better it looks especially in the heavier traffic areas. They did a great job cleaning the lint out of our long dryer vent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will use them again in a year to keep the lint from building up in the future. I highly recommend them for this work.
