I was so nervous to go for my first eye exam. I was paranoid I had eye damage from glancing at the eclipse. Michelle was so friendly and helped me relax! She explained everything that was going to be done and what to expect.Dr. Nuchkat was very friendly too! I did feel like he was a little rushed, but maybe that was just me. When scheduling, the lady was not friendly whatsoever. She didn't tell me who my appointment was with, so I asked. She told me she couldn't pronounce his name and had to spell it...I know there are a lot of docs with all of the locations, but I thought she should know the names. The Dr. That treats my dad is professional and has helped him tremendously. The staff are rude. No name tags. They don't introduce themselves. Won't push a patient in a wheelchair or help someone with a walker.

Cataract surgery . surgery went ok but services before and after are were anything but pleasant. Waiting time to see doctors is ridiculous, I thought that's why we make appointments,so is going to 5 rooms with the tech before seeing doctor. Try calling when there is a problem and wait for two days for a return call. Or just go to the office and insist on being serviced as I plan to do. Will never recommend to much of just a corporation for profit
