I had a fantastic experience this morning with Shelby. I suffer from migraines and she did some precision work, which was fantastic. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her. Highly recommend this practice!
I have been receiving precision neuromuscular massage here regularly for over two years now. Great ambiance, very soothing. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. I have had several different therapists over time, although I work with one person in particular. The comments apply to everyone. Highly recommended.
Shelby is the BEST massage therapist i have ever had. She is hands down the best at really talking to me, understanding on what my body may need, and how she might be able to help me through my chronic pain and illnesses. Her professionalism is off the charts and she is so thoughtful. She checks in, she respects when I ask her to ease up or when she can go deeper. She is HUGE on consent in every step of the process. I am so glad that I found Shelby after losing all my previous therapists. I NEVER thought I'd find some one who could really help me feel better but Shelby is that person.
