I have been using this firm for a few years now. This is the most professional of all the CPA firms in this area. Chuck, Kathy, and David are all very nice and helpful. They explain my tax return to me when I come and pick it up. They have all the envelopes already filled out and ready for me to mail them. No other firm does this that I have used. The price they charge is very cheap. They are only charge for how long it took to input the work into the computer. They do not charge me for postage or to make copies of my return like other firms that I have used. All their employees are very friendly. They always respond to my emails the same day that I sent them. When I pick up my taxes, I know that they are done correctly which makes me feel good and comfy inside. This place makes you feel like a royal when you use them. They have the best customer service of any CPA firm the country. Chuck makes sure to keep all client information confidential unlike and other firm that I used. He never publishes any client that he has. I would recommend this firm to anyone. When I drop of my taxes, I know that they are in great hands and will be done correctly.
