Cecilia is an independent Hair Stylist, she has been in the industry since 2009! She executes with all women & mens cuts, including children. She also provided services such as; colors, highlights, balayage, ombres, color corrections, frizz smoothing treatments, relaxers, tape-in extensions, facial waxing, and olaplex.
