I submitted a request for a consultation and they responded immediately and I was able to get the consultation within 10 minutes. The woman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful, listened well, and got me scheduled for the next step for 3 days later! They seem to be on top of things and ready to work for their clients, which makes me eager to have them in my side!
