Interesting company and history. They run a tight, ship shape business. I went to them for metal polishing. Their pricing is a fair deal for for quality work that was ready on schedule.

I had a port hole polished. Not a bad job but not as good as i would have expected. some rough casting spots were not smoothed out before the polish. The part was not very well cleaned after polish and before they put the clear finish on. spots and areas of the black buffing compound still on the part showing. I think Terry has been working there to long his interaction/communication was very dry and short. Kinda disappointing for such a renowned Co.

As a young Coast Guard reserve engineering officer I visited this company around 1967. At that time I was assigned to USCG Headquarters in Wash. D.C. and we were evaluating vendors. Their company pride and quality of rotating light station optics surpassed all others such as crouse hinds.
I had done my homework before the visit.
Great company and employee pride was very evident.
