Cali Pro Nails is amazing. Great customer service ALWAYS making sure you are satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I moved to a new area and had to find a new nail salon. Tom greeted me with a smile, had me sign in and started my service immediately. They have a wide array of services and brochure available listing them. I wear longer nails and
they did upcharge( which I expected). Tom was quick, efficient, and friendly. He asked questions to determine the best way to proceed. He also checked after each step. I appreciate the communication. I came in as a walk-in a few weeks ago what's my mom and it was a great experience. So I decided to come back in for a second time to get my nails redone. The staff is super friendly! I enjoy my time there it's very relaxing. My Nail Tech is very thorough and handles everything with care. I like that she's attentive to detail and she make sure I like everything after each step. Looking forward to a long relationship with this nail salon. I went ahead and booked my next appointment already!
