HORRIBLE. Inspection was scheduled for a tuesday with a drop off of the randon unit the sunday prior. Went to the unit on Monday to turn the water on for the inspection on tuesday. Noticed the electrical panel open, the panel to the water meter off, and shower and sink values turned to the on position. Why was he messing with anything during a randon drop, The best part is that he turned the BRAND NEW dishwasher that he had to remove the tags from ON with no water to the unit. He broke my brand new dishwasher. 21 years in the real estate business and this is my first complaint against an inspection company.
We searched for a long time to find a Home Inspection company to inspect our new home. We have learned through the years that a home inspection is just part of the buying process. The builder does his/her best in the completion of a home. The builder can not be everywhere everyday, thus the need for an inspector. Tim was our inspector and he never once criticize the the builder. He did his job properly in pointing out possible concerns in a free judgement manner. The ball was given to us and we proceeded in informing the builder to some of our concerns. We took short steps and are still in the process of informing the builder.
